Healing doesn’t happen overnight. I think that’s what we need to keep saying over and over in our heads. It is a process. A beautiful journey. A worthy investment. We need to invest in our health now so that we don’t have unwanted health expenses later on in life.

Every BODY is different. Everyone has their own unique blueprint. One thing that works for your friend, may not work for you. And that’s ok! We’ll figure out what works best for you and your body.

This program is designed to guide you along every step of the way. There is no cookie cutter approach here. I’m not going to give you a generic protocol and send you on your way after one or two sessions. You won’t see the improvements/results with that approach.

We’ll dive deep into your health history, your goals, food preferences and everything in-between. From there, we’ll take things slowly and keep it fun along the way! We’ll look at your three biggest goals/health concerns and implement those into the 12-week process. It’s so fascinating what the body is capable of doing. You’ll see!

Here is what this package looks like:

  • Initial consultation (60 minutes) - online or in person

  • Customized protocol - diet, lifestyle, supplement recommendations

  • 6 x 30 minute learning + envisioning sessions every 2 weeks - we will implement something new at each session! We’ll chat about things like how to meal prep, how to make balanced meals, kicking sugar cravings to the curb, eating for more energy, eating for enhancing your mood, improving digestion, etc.

  • A new meal plan every 2 weeks (over 50 recipes!) - includes grocery lists, recipe notes, additional notes from me

  • E-books to set you up for success - product swaps, pantry staples, how to build a smoothie that will keep you nourished and full

  • E-mail support every step of the way

  • Food journal review (every week)
