Green Mango Smoothie

I’ve been craving smoothies lately and I wanted to share one of my favourite go to’s with you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 small piece of frozen banana (1.5-2 inch piece)

  • Heaping handful of spinach

  • 1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 heaping tbsp. almond butter

  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Couple of ice cubes

Directions:

Add all ingredients to your blender, except collagen and blend until smooth.

Add collagen in and blend for another 10-15 seconds.
