Creamy Garlic Dressing

I’m a huge Caesar salad lover so I created this delicious dairy-free version of Caesar dressing. The best part is, it is so versatile. You can use it on salads, burgers, roasted veggies, for dipping veggies, the list goes on!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 heaping tbsp. of tahini

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/4 cup of cashews

  • 1/4 cup of water (add more after you blend if you want to change the consistency)

  • 2-3 tbsp. hemp seeds

  • Salt + pepper to taste

Directions:

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend away!

Store in the fridge for about a week.
