Glowing Green Juice
Sometimes, I like to start my morning off with some fresh green juice. It’s super hydrating, anti-inflammatory and supports healthy digestion.
Handful of fresh parsley
2 celery stalks, chopped
½ a cucumber, chopped
1 apple, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon (you can do half if you’re not as obsessed with lemon as I am!)
2 cups of water (give or take depending on the consistency you like)
1-inch piece of fresh ginger (optional)
Blend baby blend!
