Peaches & Cream Quick Oats

Peach season is probably one of my favourite times of the year! Nothing like a delicious juicy peach! The creaminess of the oats and the peaches are the perfect combo.


  • ½ cup gluten-free quick oats

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 peach – I cut half in smaller pieces to mix in while cooking and the other half in bigger pieces to add on top.

  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides (I use Vital Proteins)

  • 2 tbsp. grass-fed organic butter (you can use vegan butter or coconut butter)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup 

  • Hemp seeds (optional)

  • Coconut flakes (optional)


Add oats, water and coconut milk to a small pot and stir. Add in salt. Once it heats up a bit, add in the butter. Make sure to stir often.

Add in maple syrup and stir.

Cook for about 6-8 minutes.

When they are just about done, add in the collagen peptides, stir and then turn off the heat.

Let the oats stand for about 2-3 minutes. 

Transfer oats to a bowl and add toppings.
